My Story
After more than 30 years in emergency services and almost two decades leading preparedness and crisis response in complex environments, I’ve seen firsthand how disruption affects organizations of every size. Large systems often have teams, plans, and resources to absorb shocks; small businesses usually do not, yet the impact on them can be far greater. I started NorthPoint Lighthouse Group to bring real-world, enterprise-level preparedness to small businesses in a practical, approachable way, helping owners protect their people, operations, and everything they’ve worked hard to build before disruption strikes.
